Title and Transitions

I am VERY stupid.

Updates:

- fixed music bug and added a music system (just less work for the long term)

- added transitions

- made a menu

- made a bunch of assets

- installer changed

- first hint at an actual story (pretty pointless but oh well)

That should be it for now.
